DIY Hair Curl - Result & How To

Woke up this morning excited to take off the tied-up rolled hair that I did last night. Hehehe...

8:30am, waking up from a "saloon". (Ignore the face please.)  Left it overnight,  so the curls came out too tightly curled.  Carried on with my wifely duties. Had to bun up my hair for shower as water will quickens and loosens the curls.

Back View/Before. I wasn't planning to keep my curl for a long period so I didn't put any spray or moose to hold it. Moreover, it'll make my hair hard and it's really uncomfortable.

1pm. Eventually my hair just descends independently. I have thick coarse hair, so putting some leave-on conditioner helped a lot on maintaining the curls and my hair feels bouncy and soft. It's loose and I'm loving it.
Back View/After. Love it! So,au naturale '

My experiment works! who would've thought you don't have to visit the saloon to get  your hair styled! DIY Rules!
Thanks to Avan's Wet wipes!
P/S : Going Green-Im gonna reuse the used tissue for my next curl.

If you're interested to do it your own, here's how I did it in
3 simple steps :

STEP 1 - Prepare your hair. Damp or dry will work the same. I started mine with dry hair. Part 2 section of your hair. Tie the upper part to a bun so you can easily make sections of your lower hair.

STEP 2 - Get your wet tissue/wipes ready. 1 piece can make 3 part of it. Next, Start rolling your hair. Small rolls makes small curls, Big rolls make big curls. How loose you want your curls depends on how tight you rolled it. Tie the tissue at the end of every roll.

STEP 3 - Leave it for a few hours or overnight. Afterwards, untie the tissues and style your hair. Hair Spray and Moose will hold it perfectly and will stay on for a long period. Options like leave-on conditioner is great for bouncy, soft loose hair result. Petroleum Jelly works well too but you don't want to put it on too much.

Enjoy your hair, I know I did!
