Im so excited to post out my first ever felt-craft project and here it is... A Doggie Bank!
I cut out my pattern and stuffed some fiber inside the nose, tail & body to make it more "plushie". Then cut out a small sack just enough to cover the inside part and sew a coin-slit behind it. Then, sew the entire raw edges to finish it off.
Here,Vin is showing how to use the Doggie-Bank
The Doggie-Bank lies flat , untill it gets enough coins to make it stand.
I got to spend a valuable time with Darling, teaching him about coins denominations and counting. Its really fun and beneficial project, we both really enjoyed it.
And Vin said, " Mommy, I think I need an elephant to put all these coins ..."
An Elephant it is darling.
